When you or someone else start coughing and sneezing, you definitely know what time it is right?
Just in case you didn’t know, a person can also catch flu by touching an infected person, for instance, by shaking hands.
More than that, adults are contagious 1–2 days before getting symptoms and up to 7 days after becoming ill. This means that you can spread the influenza virus or the flu before you even know you are infected.
Hmm, think about that one.
So in the last post, I shared with you fellow business owners 13 of the best foods to fight the flu and even prevent the flu, but you ask:
- What is a natural flu shot or even if there is such a thing as a natural vaccine?
- How to make a natural flu shot?
Just before I get to that …
How safe are vaccines?
More than likely you are aware of the high concentration of mercury in the form of thermosol that are in conventional vaccines. Also studies (non faked ones) have not really proven that these commercial vaccines even provide significant protection. You can read some details about this here.
In this article a journlist break the silence shwoing th dangers of the synthetic vaccines. It alleges that the CDC admits to the use of Mercury, MSG and formaldehyde. Mercury for instance causes pregnancy complications, natural abortion, birth defects, kidney damage among other things.
Why should a vaccine contain, parts of a fetus or fluid used to preserve the dead? For more information on vaccines and other little known health dangers visit Natural News.
I don’t know about you, but have you ever wondered with so many strains of viruses how do they even know which flu will hit humans in advance so that they can create their vaccines.
Can the body fight of the flu?
However, the body was built to withstand the flu and fight off the those germs once we give the body what it needs; good food, good nutrition , sunshine, activity and rest.
Yet as business owners, we do not always have those ideal conditions and certainly cannot allow the flu to throw us down. Yeah ent!
So What About Natural Immunity?
But even with our busy lifestyle, a little precaution can go a long way. A daily natural flu shot can boost your natural immune systems and decrease the frequency, severity and duration of your flu.
Imagine not having the flu every year. I remember not having the flu for over 2 yrs? Yep, you know what got me the flu after those two 2 non-flu years? STRESS!
Just know that even as you boost your immunity, it can be compromised by stress, so make the effort to manage it. How? Look out for that in future post.
So getting back on topic.

According to Meggan from Culinary Hill, infused water is best 2 to 4 hours after you’ve made it or allow it infuse overnight in the refrigerator.

It is a great one punch solution. Juicing does take more effort, can make amess and use must observe best practices
However, WebMD did show a review of more than a dozen studies, published in 2014, that found the herbal remedy had a very slight benefit in preventing colds.
Yet, Medical News Today showed that after a review of scientists from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy of over a dozen studies on the effects of echinacea on people’s risk of catching a cold.
They concluded that echinacea could reduce a person’s chances of catching a cold by approximately 58 percent. They found that the herbal remedy also reduces the length of time a cold lasts by 1.4 days.
