 I had never heard of this plant until a new product launch for anti-ageing  from  the company and got to experience it .

Essentially, a Rosehip is the fruit of a rose. Other names include Rose Haw or Rose Hep.

Rosehip  has so many benefits, it will be impossible to touch on  them all.

Firstly,  it contain 50% more vitamin C than oranges and there for, has many of the same benefits.

Ancient Chinese medical practitioners used wolfberries to  promote longevity and improve sexual desire.

And  I am not talking  about white bread.

We all have grown up with it but  have taken it for granted.  Right? 

However,  the benefits are well known.

Because it digests slowly, fiber also helps you feel fuller longer. And it can help control blood sugar, lower LDL or “bad” cholesterol, and reduce colon cancer risk.

It promotes  good bacteria in the large intestine, improved absorption  of nutrients.

Caution: Take in moderation. And  always choose quality over quantity. ( Not white flour)
